Redd Legend started in my backyard. My best friend and I grew up down the street from each other and bought identical cameras within months of each other. (Mine came second. I copied him.) We spent our childhood building cool things and telling funny stories. Redd Legend was the natural next step: started in high school, incorporated in college, and my full-time pursuit after a few years of industry work showed me a hole I believed we could fill.
I founded Redd Legend to create a space where artists could thrive. Our industry has some amazing people I look up to. It also has a lot of untrustworthy businesspeople, and a lot of media that only boosts egos instead of helping people reach their goals. I'm obsessed with ethical marketing, the creative process, and media that gets results, and those three things still drive everything we do.

We exist to serve the needs of our clients, to do everything with innovation and excellence, and to grow as creative individuals and a creative team — to the glory of God alone.
We've turned the science of storytelling into a system: the stories a business can tell, what each one does for a customer, a recruit or a partner, and how to build them into a journey that grows the business.
We have two requirements for every client. First, you have to want to grow, because we're going to help you do it. Second, your business has to add real value to the world. We're very effective at what we do, so we're careful about who we do it for.
Excellence. Excellence is competence on steroids. It is an attitude and direction, not a place we reach. It is doing the best we can in all circumstances. Excellence requires discipline and growth, and breeds confidence.
Humility. Humility is the fastest way to stop being wrong and start being right. It is an extreme lack of ego, and does not care about class, age, or rank — and definitely not about our own feelings — it cares about the truth. Humility leads to results we can be proud of.
Service. Service is radically external. We serve the needs of our clients as an end. We serve the needs of our team to meet the needs of our clients. We serve our own needs — not out of selfishness, but as a way to ensure we have the capacity to serve the needs of our team.
Storytelling. Stories appeal to humans as a whole — intellect, emotion, and will. Stories are powerful tools of change, and our commitment to storytelling is a commitment to a morally upright way of creating change. Our ideas, decisions, and work are for storytelling.
Work for Life. Work is good. Our jobs exist to support and sustain our life. At Redd Legend we work for life, and the right people for Redd Legend think Redd Legend is the right company for them because they add incredible value to Redd Legend while the work they do here adds incredible value to their life.
CEO
Caleb Marsh is the founder and CEO of Redd Legend. Since high school he has pursued both the art and science of storytelling, and leads our team of experts in developing StoryLab, the philosophical engine that Redd Legend runs on. Caleb is an Arizona native, and is married with kid #2 on the way; his hobbies include changing so many diapers and cleaning bits of baby food off of every surface in the home.
Producer
It is rare to find someone who is both creative and organized, but Nico beats the odds and brings both an incredible artistic sense and operational efficiency to the team. Having retired from his life as a nomad, Nico settled down in Phoenix and became the newest addition to the Redd Legend team as a video editor. He works to shape footage into stories and takes the lead on the majority of projects from pre-production through post-production.
Project Manager
Managing creatives is never easy, but McKenna makes it look like child’s play. McKenna coordinates productions and ensures projects get out the door on time. She serves as the point of contact for logistics and communications.
Lead Editor
Erick Lashley is a Senior Video Editor with over 20 years of experience in visual storytelling, post-production, and motion design. He’s worked across branded content, doc-style interviews, and commercial campaigns, bringing clarity and rhythm to every frame. At Redd Legend, he helps shape story-driven visuals that connect clients to their audiences, blending technical precision with a deep respect for narrative. Erick is passionate about pushing creative forward without losing sight of purpose.
Editor
Gus is a modern-day Renaissance man, and as such he is an invaluable asset in our storytelling arsenal. Gus shapes stories and snips segments of scenes so each story sings and every second sells seamlessly. In between his deep work sessions, Gus creates time for a wide variety of interests and loves to explore his world.
Lead Cinematographer
Noah Kalawsky began working with Redd Legend as a camera operator and quickly became a core part of the team. His knack for storytelling and aesthetic sense give him the ability to switch seamlessly between capturing beautiful cinematography and working with clients to tell powerful stories. Noah continues to push the technical and artistic boundaries at Redd Legend, and leads the charge in the making-things-look-awesome department.
Cinematographer
Jay carries the nickname "Sunshine" — and it is well-deserved. Whether he is directing interviews or running cameras, Jay brings a personal touch and amazing attitude to every challenge from pre to post production. Jay is a catch-all and master of the minutiae on the team, and always keeps shoots running smoothly.

Nolan is an Arizona native, born and bred in visual storytelling. He joined the Redd Legend team to help share our clients' stories, especially if those stories involve 90's Japanese cars.
